Please ensure this is done within 2 days of your purchase, with the items accompanied by their original tags, in their original packaging, along with the invoice. When sending back products for size exchange, kindly keep the following in mind:
- All items must retain their original tags and should be in an unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, free from any scent of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
- Items should be free of makeup or tan marks.
It's important to note that we do not process refund or cancellation requests. Additionally, altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange. Please be aware that for both domestic and international orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges (excluding size-related concerns).
Shipping Policy
We're pleased to offer complimentary shipping for orders within India that exceed Invoice Value of Rs. 25000. Our garments typically reach you within 15 days, with the exception of wedding collections, which are available on order. While we collaborate with some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, our coverage is limited by their reach. In the event that your address is in a location not serviced by them, we will get in touch with you to explore alternative solutions. Please be aware that during festivals, adverse weather conditions, or pandemics, there may be further delays in shipment. Rest assured, we will do our utmost to ensure your parcel reaches you in good time.
